The NRGD invites stakeholders to comment on the new version of the Standards Legal Psychology. You can submit feedback and suggestions on the proposed amendments until 6 November 2025.
The update to the standards (version 3.0) includes, among other changes: the removal of the subfield Deception Detection (009.2) and the reformulation of the requirements in Article 12(2)(e) and (g) of Brdis, with an emphasis on scientific underpinning and clear reasoning.
