Appointment Questionnaire

The contributions of experts play a role in many criminal cases. Expert advice is usually sought because of a need for knowledge not sufficiently possessed by the court, the Public Prosecution Service and/or the defence. By law, the court that has appointed you is required to state why it considers you fit to act as an expert. The following questionnaire allows the court and/or your client (in part) to assess your expertise.
