Mr. drs. F.A.M. E. Bakker, senior counsel at the Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court of Appeal, has been appointed by the Minister of Security and Justice as chairman of the Board of Judicial Experts with effect from 1 July 2016.
Mr Bakker is a senior judge in the Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court of Appeal and has very broad experience in criminal law both as a judge and as a director. He also has years of experience in the largest area of expertise in the NRGD: Forensic Psychiatry, Psychology and Orthopedagogy (FPPO).
